  • 8 ounces - round of brie
  • 1 tbsp - salted butter*
  • 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp - maple syrup
  • ½ tsp - ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp - ground black pepper
  • ½ cup - pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the top rind off the brie and place it in a brie baker or small oven-safe casserole dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  3. Top the brie with the pecan topping. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the brie is melty and the pecan mixture is toasted and bubbly. Serve immediately * with a toasted sliced baguette or crackers. Enjoy!
