- 8 ounces - round of brie
- 1 tbsp - salted butter*
- 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
- 1 tbsp - maple syrup
- ½ tsp - ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp - ground black pepper
- ½ cup - pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the top rind off the brie and place it in a brie baker or small oven-safe casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Top the brie with the pecan topping. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the brie is melty and the pecan mixture is toasted and bubbly. Serve immediately * with a toasted sliced baguette or crackers. Enjoy!
