  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ¾ cup - buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup - chicken
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Whisk together and simmer briefly.
  5. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until a silky sauce forms.
  6. Coat chicken pieces in extra buffalo sauce.
  7. Add cooked pasta, buffalo chicken, and a splash of pasta water to the sauce. Stir to combine.
