- Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.

Add buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Whisk together and simmer briefly.

Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until a silky sauce forms.
- Step 6
Coat chicken pieces in extra buffalo sauce.
- Step 7
Add cooked pasta, buffalo chicken, and a splash of pasta water to the sauce. Stir to combine.

Top with more cheese and broil for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
