
Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces - Rotini, or other pasta
- 3 cups - Chicken
- ½ cup - Green Onions
- ½ cup - Celery
- ½ cup - Blue Cheese
- ½ cup - Buffalo Wing Sauce
- ⅓ cup - Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup - Sour Cream
- ½ tsp - Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp - Onion Powder
Instructions
- First boil the pasta in lightly salted water to al dente according to package directions. When it is done cooking drain in a colander and rinse for several minutes with cold water to cool the pasta completely.
- While the pasta is cooking chop the chicken into bite size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour a little buffalo wing sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, and garlic powder to the mixing bowl. Add in buffalo wing sauce, if you like a more mild buffalo taste use ¼ of a cup, if you like it hotter add more, up to ½ of a cup. Mix thoroughly.
- Add in pasta and stir to coat thoroughly. Fold in blue cheese, green onions and celery until well incorporated.
- Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
