Butterscotch Cake with Streusel Topping
Butterscotch Cake with Streusel Topping is one of my family’s favorites. The pudding in the cake makes it super moist, and it’s not too much butterscotch flavor. The rich deep flavor of the butterscotch coupled with the cinnamon streusel is a winner. Plus, it is so easy as most of the ingredients are from a box. I love to enjoy a piece with nice hot cup of coffee.
