- ½ lb - pasta
- 2 - chicken breasts
- Salt
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp - seasoned salt
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - onion powder
- ½ tsp - paprika
- 1 tsp - Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 1 tbsp - unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons - unsalted butter
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 ½ cups - heavy cream
- ¾ cup - grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup - shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with the same spices used on the chicken.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, then stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and pasta water.
- Mix until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta evenly.
- Return sliced chicken to the pan. Toss to combine.
- Serve topped with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
