Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies
These Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies are my go-to when I want something sweet, cozy, and ridiculously easy. They come together in one bowl with pantry staples, no chill time, and that classic crisscross top that feels like my childhood. Soft, chewy, and ready in minutes. This is comfort baking at its most effortless.

Instructions
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
- Step 2
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
- Step 3
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, peanut butter eggs and vegetable oil until smooth and completely combined, about 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Place the white sugar in a small bowl.

- Step 6
Place the coated cookie dough balls at least 3″ apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
- Step 7
Use a fork to press down in a hatch-pattern on the top of each cookie, flattening them in the process.
- Step 8
Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden and spread out.
- Step 9
Allow the cookies to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before attempting to remove to a cooling rack or serve.
