These Cake Mix Strawberry Brownies are the perfect alternate to regular chocolate brownies. These are bursting with strawberry flavor and only take 4 ingredients, but still have the same fudgy texture. They hit that perfect middle ground between a fudgy brownie and a soft cookie bar.

Start by preheating the oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding and milk until the pudding mixture is completely dissolved.
- Step 3
Then add the cake mix to the pudding and mix until combined.
- Step 4
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Step 5
Add the strawberry brownie batter to the prepared baking dish.
- Step 6
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
