Caprese Pasta

This Caprese Pasta is the perfect refreshing summer dish—bright, flavorful, and quick to prepare. Juicy cherry tomatoes are blistered in a buttery olive oil base, then gently smashed to release their sweet, tangy juices. Fresh basil and cubes of creamy mozzarella are tossed in with perfectly al dente pasta to create a dish bursting with Mediterranean flavor. A bit of reserved pasta water brings the sauce together, and a final sprinkle of Parmesan and extra basil finishes it off beautifully. It’s a light yet satisfying pasta you’ll crave all season long.
