- 1 - onion
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- dash - olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 3 cloves - garlic
- ½ lb - dry pasta
- 32 ounces - chicken broth
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ cup - heavy cream
- ¼ cup - cream cheese
- 1 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
