  4. Add Arrabiata sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Pour in vodka, stir well, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Season with chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  9. Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir until fully coated and creamy.
