Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 tbsp - ginger
  • 1 tbsp - rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - yellow or white miso
  • 3 tablespoons - vegetable or canola oil

Instructions

  1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
  2. Drizzle in the oil while machine is running until puree is thick and creamy.
  3. Serve.
