Ingredients
- 1 - Banana
- ½ cup - Butternut Squash
- ¼ cup - Cauliflower Rice
- ¼ cup - Almond Milk Yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1 cup - Almond Milk, or milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp - Almond Butter, or cashew butter
- ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp - Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp - Ginger
- ⅛ tsp - Cardamom Seed
- 1 pinch - Nutmeg
- 1 pinch - Cloves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to thin.
- Pour into a glass and optionally add toppings-- I added granola and pepitas. Enjoy!
