Ingredients

  • 1 - Banana
  • ½ cup - Butternut Squash
  • ¼ cup - Cauliflower Rice
  • ¼ cup - Almond Milk Yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup - Almond Milk, or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Almond Butter, or cashew butter
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp - Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp - Ginger
  • ⅛ tsp - Cardamom Seed
  • 1 pinch - Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch - Cloves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to thin.
  2. Pour into a glass and optionally add toppings-- I added granola and pepitas. Enjoy!
