Tips & Tricks (5)
- Cut Cauliflower Uniformly 🥦Cut florets into similar-sized pieces (about 1.5-2 inches) to ensure even cooking and prevent smaller pieces from burning while larger ones remain undercooked.
- Dry Your Cauliflower First 💧Pat cauliflower completely dry with paper towels after washing to remove excess moisture, allowing the mayo-cheese coating to adhere better and achieve a crispier texture.
- Mix Mayo and Cheese Properly 🧀Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and stir until completely smooth before coating, ensuring even seasoning distribution and better adhesion to the florets.
- Don't Overcrowd the Pan 🍽️Arrange cauliflower in a single layer without overlapping to promote even browning and allow hot air circulation for maximum crust development and flavor.
- Finish Under the Broiler 🔆For the last 2-3 minutes of baking, switch to broil setting to achieve a golden, slightly crispy cheese top while keeping the cauliflower tender inside.
