Tips & Tricks (5)
- Dry Your Cauliflower Thoroughly 💧Pat cauliflower florets completely dry with paper towels after cutting to ensure a crispy, golden exterior and prevent soggy results from excess moisture during baking.
- Toast Your Seasoning Blend First 🌟Lightly toast the all-purpose seasoning blend in a dry pan for 30 seconds before mixing with mayonnaise to bloom the spices and intensify their flavor complexity.
- Use a Mayo-Cheese Ratio of 2:1 ⚖️Mix two parts mayonnaise to one part grated Parmesan cheese for the ideal creamy coating that crisps beautifully without becoming too greasy or dry during baking.
- Bake at 425°F for Maximum Crispness 🔥Use a higher oven temperature around 425°F to caramelize the cheese coating and create crispy, browned edges while keeping the cauliflower tender inside in just 20-25 minutes.
- Arrange Florets in Single Layer 📐Space cauliflower florets evenly with flat sides down on the baking sheet to maximize surface area contact with the pan, promoting even browning and crispiness throughout.
