  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet (optional: toss cooked chicken in Buffalo sauce).
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Lower the heat.
  6. Stir in Asiago, cheddar, and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  7. Add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. Stir in Buffalo sauce.
