Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bowtie Pasta

This Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bowtie Pasta is creamy, spicy, and packed with comfort. Tender bowtie (farfalle) pasta is tossed in a rich sauce made with heavy cream, butter, and three kinds of cheese—cheddar, mozzarella, and Asiago. Savory sautéed chicken and tangy Buffalo sauce give the dish bold flavor, while garlic and onions round out the depth. Finished with a splash of pasta water for silkiness, this pasta delivers heat, creaminess, and cheesy satisfaction in every bite.
