Ingredients
- 26 ounces - Hashbrowns
- 16 ounces - Sour cream
- 10 ½ ounces - Cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup - Butter
- 8 ounces - Cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp - Salt
- ½ tsp - pepper
- 1 tsp - Garlic powder
- 2 cups - Cornflakes
- 6 tablespoons - Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉, and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Crush and measure the corn flakes.
- In a large bowl, stir together the hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and seasonings, along with ½ cup of melted butter.
- Spread the mixture in the casserole dish, then top with the crushed corn flakes and drizzle the 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the top.
- Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the corn flake topping is golden.
