  • ½ pound - pasta shells
  •   - Salt
  • 16 ounce - ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1  - egg
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon - fresh parsley
  • ½ jars - marinara sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil jumbo shells in salted water until very al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Spread 1/2 jar of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
  5. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Place filled shells over the marinara layer in the baking dish.
  7. Top with additional mozzarella, Parmesan, and more marinara sauce.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Top with more Parmesan and serve hot.
