These Cheesy Stuffed Jumbo Shells are the perfect blend of creamy, savory, and comforting. Each shell is generously filled with a seasoned ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan mixture, then baked over rich marinara sauce. - Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2
Boil jumbo shells in salted water until very al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Step 4
Spread 1/2 jar of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
- Step 5
Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Step 6
Place filled shells over the marinara layer in the baking dish.
- Step 7
Top with additional mozzarella, Parmesan, and more marinara sauce.
- Step 8
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 9
Top with more Parmesan and serve hot.
