Cheesy Tomato Burrata Pasta in a Bread Bowl

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain.

In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add heavy cream and ricotta.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

Add Parmesan and mozzarella. Mix until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.

Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir until fully coated and creamy.

Prepare the bread bowls by cutting off the tops and hollowing out the center.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, parsley, and 1/4 cup Parmesan.

Brush the mixture inside and around the bread bowls. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden.

Fill the bread bowls with the cheesy pasta. Top each with a burrata ball and serve immediately.
