1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain.

In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3
Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add heavy cream and ricotta.
4
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

Add Parmesan and mozzarella. Mix until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
6
Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir until fully coated and creamy.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Hollow Your Bread Bowl Perfectly 🍞Remove the bread center while leaving a ½-inch thick shell to prevent sogginess; brush the interior with garlic-infused olive oil before toasting to create a protective barrier that won't absorb sauce.
- Toast the Bread Bowl Until Golden 🧈Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until deep golden and crispy, then finish with a butter-Parmesan coating under the broiler for 2 minutes to lock in crunch and enhance flavor.
- Create Silky Sauce with Temperature Control 🔥Keep your tomato-cream sauce on medium-low heat and add heavy cream slowly while stirring; never let it boil or the mixture will break and become grainy instead of luxuriously creamy.
- Bloom Your Garlic in Oil First 🧄Sauté minced fresh garlic in olive oil for 60-90 seconds until fragrant but not browned to develop deep flavor complexity that garlic powder alone cannot achieve in your sauce base.
- Add Burrata at the Last Second ⏱️Place the cold burrata ball directly into the hot pasta bowl just before serving so the creamy center slightly melts from residual heat, creating an indulgent burst of flavor without losing its delicate texture.
