  • 2 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • ¾ cup - tomato sauce

  • ¾ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - ricotta cheese

  • 2  - round bread loaves

  • 1  - burrata ball

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add heavy cream and ricotta.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
  5. Add Parmesan and mozzarella. Mix until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir until fully coated and creamy.
  7. Prepare the bread bowls by cutting off the tops and hollowing out the center.
  8. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, parsley, and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  9. Brush the mixture inside and around the bread bowls. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  10. Fill the bread bowls with the cheesy pasta. Top each with a burrata ball and serve immediately.
