  • 1 pound - pasta
  • 2  - chicken breasts
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • 2 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon - butter
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - heavy cream
  • 1 cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup - reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with the same seasoning blend used for the chicken.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and a dash of reserved pasta water to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Add more Parmesan cheese as needed and mix until everything is creamy and well-coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
