
Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is the perfect easy meal for busy weeknights. I love that it can be prepared ahead of time to have this ultimate comfort food baked in just 30 minutes. It’s definitely one of my family’s favorite comfort foods. I love this stove top chicken and stuffing casserole recipe because not only is it quick and easy, it’s incredibly delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10 ½ ounces - Cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup - Sour cream
- 4 cloves - Garlic
- 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
- 16 ounces - Frozen vegetables
- 6 ounces - Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Cut chicken into one inch pieces (bite sized) and place in a bowl.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, minced garlic, All Purpose Seasoning and mixed vegetables to the bowl with the chicken. Stir until fully combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare stuffing according to packaged directions and evenly spread it on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
