Ingredients
- ¾ lb - pasta
- 6 slices - bacon
- 4 - chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 ½ cups - heavy cream
- ½ cup - milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- 1 packet - ranch seasoning
- 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup - shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 ounces - cream cheese
- Reserved pasta water
- additional Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.
- In a large pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In the bacon grease, cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and chop.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning packet.
- Add pasta, a splash of pasta water, chopped chicken, and bacon.
- Stir in cheddar, Asiago, and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve topped with extra Parmesan and enjoy.
