Ingredients

  • 6 - Chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - Herbes de Provence
  • 1 tsp - Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 8 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 cup - Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup - Green olives
  • 1 cup - White Wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Season the bone in chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven safe skillet over medium low heat and then add chicken thighs. Cook untouched for 7-8 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs over.
  4. Sprinkle Herbes de Provence and dried thyme on the chicken. Add sliced onions, garlic, olives and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Add wine around chicken.
  5. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and braise uncovered for 1 hour.
  6. Remove and let it cool.
