  • 4 - Skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces - Roasted red peppers
  • 20 cloves - Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons - Shallots
  • 2 teaspoons - Garlic
  • 3 teaspoons - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • ¾ cup - White Wine
  • ¼ cup - Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ cups - Heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven and set it to 350ºF.
  2. Next, take the garlic cloves and mix them with 1 tablespoon of oil in a small glass baking dish.
  3. Then, roast the mixture uncovered until the garlic becomes tender and golden, which should take around 30 minutes.
