  • 1 lb - salmon filet
  • 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 1 tsp - chili powder
  • 1 tsp - smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - kosher salt
  • ½ tsp - black pepper
  • 1  - lime

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add in zest and juice of 1 lime. Mix well to combine.
  3. Place salmon filet on prepared pan and pat dry with a paper towel. Brush on seasoning mixture until well coated.
  4. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
