Choco Fruit Snack
Instructions
1
|
Prepare your fruits. I used pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and raspberries, but feel free to use your favorites.
2
|
Melt the chocolate and use a double boiler or microwave until smooth, and set aside.
3
|
Arrange the fruits. Place a teaspoon of each fruit on a tray, leaving some space between them.
4
|
Add the chocolate. Using a piping bag, drizzle melted chocolate over each fruit. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, dry fruits, or berry powder for extra flavor.
5
|
Set and enjoy. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy your bite-sized chocolate fruit treats.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chocolate Tempering Technique 🍫Melt chocolate using a double boiler method and cool it slightly to 82-86°F before dipping to achieve a glossy finish with a satisfying snap and prevent blooming or streaking.
- Dry Your Fruits Thoroughly 💧Pat all fruits completely dry with paper towels before dipping; any moisture will cause the chocolate coating to seize and slide off rather than adhere properly.
- Strategic Dry Fruit Placement 🎯Press chopped dry fruits onto the chocolate coating immediately after dipping while it's still wet to ensure they stick securely; let set on parchment paper for a professional appearance.
- Selective Fruit Pairing 🍌Choose firmer fruits like berries, apple slices, or banana pieces that hold their shape when dipped; avoid overly juicy fruits like watermelon that release too much liquid and compromise the coating.
- Quick-Set Cold Plunge ❄️Place dipped fruits on a chilled plate or pop them into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate quickly and create a perfect, uniform shell before serving.
