Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons - unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup - unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons - maple syrup
- 1 tsp - vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons - chia seeds
- raspberries
- mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the cocoa powder in a medium bowl, then whisk in 1/4 cup of the almond milk until the mixture is a smooth paste. This will prevent lumps.

- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight until thick and creamy. Divide into jars and top with raspberries and chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy!
