These are my new favorite snack treat to make for the kids! Crispy rice cereal enveloped in your favorite nut butter with a touch of sweetness and finally dipped in decadent chocolate! Ingredients
- 1 cup - nut or seed butter of choice
- ½ cup - butter
- 2 cups - rice crispy cereal
- ¾ cup - powdered sugar
- 1 cup - chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp - coconut oil
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine nut butter and softened butter with a spatula until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and stir to combine. Then, carefully fold in rice crispy cereal.
- Roll rice crispy mixture into one inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate balls until set, about 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments or over the stovetop and stir to combine.
- Drizzle or dip the balls in the chocolate, cool and eat.
