Ingredients
- 2 cups - Flour
- ½ cup - Brown sugar
- 1 tsp - Cinnamon
- 1 tsp - Baking powder
- ¼ tsp - Salt
- ¼ cup - Butter
- 1 cup - Cinnamon chips
- ¾ cup - Half and half
- 1 - Egg
- 1 tsp - Vanilla
Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture forms pea sized pieces.
- Stir in cinnamon chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the last three ingredients.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. The mixture will be somewhat wet.
- Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
