Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Flour
  • ½ cup - Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp - Salt
  • ¼ cup - Butter
  • 1 cup - Cinnamon chips
  • ¾ cup - Half and half
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cut in the butter until the mixture forms pea sized pieces.
  3. Stir in cinnamon chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the last three ingredients.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. The mixture will be somewhat wet.
  6. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
