Instructions
1
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt (1 1/2 cups), orange juice (3-4 tablespoons), optional maple syrup (1-2 teaspoons), and cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) until the yogurt is smooth and creamy. Omit the maple syrup if your cranberry sauce is super sweet.
2
Layer into parfaits by adding two large spoonfuls of yogurt into small mason jars or other containers, then add a large spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the yogurt. Divide remaining yogurt into the jars on top of the cranberry layer. If enjoying now, top with granola and or nuts!
3
Wait to add granola until just before eating. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days if your cranberry sauce was fresh! I do not recommend freezing.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Pecans for Depth 🥜Lightly toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3-4 minutes before layering to intensify their nutty flavor and add satisfying crunch that won't soften in the yogurt.
- Zest Before Juicing 🍊Always zest your orange before cutting it in half to juice, then sprinkle the zest throughout layers for concentrated citrus flavor that fresh juice alone cannot provide.
- Layer Strategically for Texture 🥣Place yogurt first, then cranberry sauce, then pecans in sequence—this prevents sogginess by keeping the pecans away from liquid and ensures every spoonful has balanced texture.
- Strain Yogurt for Creaminess 💧Drain your Greek yogurt through cheesecloth for 30 minutes before assembly to concentrate its richness and prevent excess moisture from diluting the cranberry sauce flavor.
- Warm Cranberry Sauce First ♨️Gently warm the cranberry sauce and stir in cinnamon and maple syrup while warm to meld the spices, then cool completely before layering to develop deeper, more cohesive fall flavors.
