This Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake with Streusel Topping is a delicious make-ahead meal that combines two breakfast favorites; cinnamon rolls and French toast. It’s super easy, and has great texture and flavor. I love this cinnamon French toast recipe because it’s a quick and easy breakfast that’s absolutely scrumptious. Try it for special birthday breakfasts, brunch, or as breakfast for dinner.

Instructions
French Toast Casserole
- Step 1
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
Place bread cubes in baking dish.
- Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- Step 4
Pour mixture over top of the bread cubes.
- Step 5
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Streusel Topping
- Step 6
Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Step 7
In a food processor, add the brown sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
- Step 8
Pulse until mixture becomes pea sized.
- Step 9
Stir in chopped pecans.
- Step 10
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to bake.
- Step 11
Pour topping over casserole.
- Step 12
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until casserole reaches desired doneness.
- Step 13
Serve warm.
