Ingredients

  • 1 - shallot
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh herbs of choice
  • ⅔ cup - olive oil
  • ¼ cup - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons - honey
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together.
  2. Alternately, place ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and place in refrigerator for future use. Vinaigrette will last in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
