Ingredients
- 1 - shallot
- 2 tablespoons - fresh herbs of choice
- ⅔ cup - olive oil
- ¼ cup - lemon juice
- 1 tbsp - white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp - dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons - honey
- salt
Instructions
- In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together.
- Alternately, place ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
- Serve immediately, or cover and place in refrigerator for future use. Vinaigrette will last in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
