Cocoa Pebbles Cupcakes
These Cocoa Pebbles Cupcakes are pure nostalgia. My little treats are soft, chocolatey, and topped with a whipped frosting that’s sprinkled with Cocoa Pebbles for crunch and an extra surprise. They’re playful enough for a kid’s party, but trust me, grown-ups will be hoarding them too.

Instructions
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2
Spray or line a standard muffin tin.
- Step 3
In a large mixing bowl filled with the cake mix,

whisk in the pudding mix
- Step 5
Add in the water, sour cream and eggs.
- Step 6
Using a hand or stand mixer, mix on medium until well incorporated.
- Step 7
Fold in ¾ cup of the Cocoa Pebbles.
- Step 8
Add batter into the muffin tin until each is about 2/3 full
- Step 9
Sprinkle a bit of the Cocoa Pebbles on top.
- Step 10
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 11
Allow to cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
- Step 12
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer,cream the butter, and beat until light and fluffy.

Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Step 14
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, while adding in a tablespoon
- Step 15
of the cream and cocoa powder in between each cup
- Step 16
Continue to mix for 1 minute or until creamy.

Fill your prepared piping bag with frosting

Frost your cupcakes

Top with a bit of the crushed Cocoa Pebbles
