Ingredients
- 4 - Cod Fillets
- 1 tsp - Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp - Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 8 - Soft flour tortillas
- 2 cups - Coleslaw Mix
- ¼ cup - Cilantro Lime Sauce
- 2 - Limes
Instructions
- Season both sides of the fish with House Seasoning Blend and Chili Lime Seasoning.
- Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat.
- Add filets to hot pan and cook on each side 3-4 minutes.
- Take off heat and place fish on plate.
- Add coleslaw mix to each tortilla
- Flake half of a code filet onto each taco.
- Drizzle with cilantro lime sauce.
- Squeeze lime wedge over taco before serving
