Ingredients
- 1 cup - Almond Milk Yogurt
- ¼ cup - Cashew Butter, or peanut butter
- 2 - whole Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp - Salt
- ¼ cup - Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup - dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp - Coconut Oil
- 1 pinch - Sea Salt, flaky
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients for the frozen yogurt filling, except for chocolate chips, until completely smooth with no lumps. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks. Cover and place in freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- For the chocolate coating, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until smooth.
- Remove frozen yogurt pops from the freezer and dip in chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off. Place on a parchment paper lined tray. The chocolate will harden fast. Drizzle with more melted chocolate and sprinkle with optional flaky sea salt.
- Place in freezer for 10 more minutes to set. Let thaw a few minutes and enjoy!
