Tips & Tricks (5)
- Slice Against the Grain 🔪Always slice the corned beef brisket against the grain after braising to break up muscle fibers and ensure maximum tenderness in every bite of your slider.
- Guinness Reduction Trick 🍺Reserve the braising liquid and reduce it by half on high heat for 10-15 minutes to create a rich, concentrated glaze that adds incredible depth of flavor to the beef.
- Toast Your Buns 🥖Lightly butter and toast the slider rolls cut-side down on a skillet until golden—this prevents them from becoming soggy and adds a textural contrast to the tender beef.
- Coleslaw Timing 🥬Dress your coleslaw just 15-20 minutes before serving to achieve the perfect balance of crispness and creaminess without it wilting or becoming waterlogged.
- DIY Slider Bar Setup 🍽️Keep components warm in separate serving vessels and assemble sliders fresh to order—warm beef, toasted buns, and chilled coleslaw will maintain optimal texture and temperature contrast.
