Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups - Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cups - Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons - Butter
  • 1 cup - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups - Heavy Cream
  • 1 ½ cups - Powdered Sugar
  • 12 ounces - Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup - Peanut Butter
  • 8 ounces - Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the butter and add to the crumbs. Stir to combine.
  4. Press the crumbs on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Set aside to cool.
  7. Add the chocolate chips to a medium bowl.
  8. Heat the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 45 seconds or until very warm to the touch.
  9. Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate chips and let them set for 5 minutes to melt and combine.
  10. Place one block (8 ounces) of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
  11. Whip until blended using an electric mixer.
  12. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Set aside.
  13. In another large bowl, add 4 ounces of cream cheese. Use an electric mixer to whip.
  14. Whip in the chocolate mixture.
  15. Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  16. Spread ¾ of the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the pie crust.
  17. Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture gently.
  18. Put the remaining peanut butter mixture into a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
  19. Pipe swirls of the peanut butter mixture around the edge of the pie.
  20. Place the pie in the fridge for 4 hours.
  21. Slice and serve.
