Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
A surprisingly healthy and protein-rich cookie dough you can enjoy with a spoon. This cottage cheese cookie dough is made without eggs or butter and combines creamy cottage cheese, nut butter, almond flour, and chocolate chips into a sweet, satisfying treat that works perfectly as a snack or dessert.

- Step 1
Place cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract and nut butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Step 2
Transfer the puree to a bowl and stir in the almond flour, protein powder and chocolate pieces.
- Step 3
Transfer the cookie dough to an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.
