Crazy Alfredo Pasta with Chicken, Soppressata & Italian Sausage

Crazy Alfredo Pasta with Chicken, Soppressata & Italian Sausage

This Crazy Alfredo is an explosion of creamy, savory, and smoky flavors, loaded with chicken, Italian sausage, and crispy soppressata. Inspired by a Boston favorite, it starts with seared chicken and sausage, then builds a rich Alfredo sauce around sweet roasted peppers, garlic, and three cheeses. Tossed with al dente pasta and finished with broiled mozzarella and Parmesan, this dish brings serious heat, heartiness, and indulgent satisfaction to the table.
