Instructions
1
|
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
2
|
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3
|
Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5
|
Add soppressata to the skillet and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
6

In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add roasted red peppers. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
7

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with the same spice mix used earlier.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Crispy Soppressata Technique 🥓Render the soppressata in a dry pan before adding to the pasta to maximize its crispy texture and release its rich, smoky oils.
- Cheese Melting Magic 🧀Remove the Alfredo sauce from direct heat before adding cheeses to prevent breaking and ensure a smooth, creamy texture.
- Pasta Water Power 💧Always reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining - it's liquid gold for adjusting sauce consistency and helping the sauce cling to the pasta.
- Layered Seasoning Technique 🌶️Build depth by seasoning each component separately - season the chicken, sausage, and sauce individually for maximum flavor complexity.
- Broiler Finishing Trick 🔥For the ultimate golden-brown cheese topping, place the assembled dish 4-5 inches from the broiler and watch carefully to prevent burning.
