  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 2  - chicken breasts
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon - butter
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - heavy cream
  • 1 cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with the same seasoning blend used on the chicken.
  6. Stir in cooked pasta, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and a splash of pasta water.
  7. Mix everything together until the sauce is creamy and well-coated. Add more Parmesan if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
