Add reserved pasta water a little at a time, stirring until sauce is silky and coats the pasta.
8

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining - its starchy consistency is perfect for helping the Alfredo sauce cling to the pasta and achieve a silky smooth texture.
- Cheese Melting Technique 🧀Remove the pan from direct heat when adding Parmesan and cream cheese to prevent breaking and ensure a smooth, creamy sauce with no graininess.
- Chicken Searing Secrets 🍗Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels before seasoning and searing to achieve a perfect golden-brown crust and prevent steaming.
- Garlic Infusion Technique 🧄Mince garlic finely and sauté briefly in butter just until fragrant to release maximum flavor without burning, which can create a bitter taste.
- Seasoning Layer Strategy 🌶️Season chicken, pasta water, and sauce separately with different spice intensities to build complex, balanced flavor throughout the entire dish.
