  • ½ pound - fusilli lunghi pasta
  •   - Salt
  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  •  Dash - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon - salt

  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  •  Pinch - chili flakes
  • 1  - lemon
  • 2 ounce - cream cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with a dash of olive oil.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and chili flakes.
  6. Stir in the juice of one lemon and the softened cream cheese. Mix until fully melted and smooth.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
