- ½ lb - tagliatelle pasta
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 cup - fresh spinach

- Reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
