  •  Dash - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ¾ cup - pesto
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream

  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1  - burrata balls
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter with a dash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in pesto and mix with heavy cream. Whisk until smooth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and incorporated.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Stir until sauce evenly coats the pasta.
  7. Plate pasta and top with a burrata ball, extra Parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
