Instructions
1

Season both sides of the chicken with the All Purpose Seasoning. Place the chicken, onion, mushrooms, chicken stock, wine and thyme in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
2
|
When the chicken is almost done, prepare the pasta according to package directions but undercook it slightly (by 1-2 minutes). Drain pasta and set aside.
3
|
Once chicken is cooked through, remove the meat and shred into bite sized pieces using 2 forks. Add the chicken back to the crock pot and stir in the cream.
4
|
Add cooked pasta to the crock pot, carefully stirring to combine everything. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Timing Precision 🕰️Add pasta during the last 30-45 minutes of cooking to prevent overcooking and maintain the perfect al dente texture.
- Cream Stabilization Trick 🥛Temper the heavy cream by slowly adding a small amount of hot liquid before incorporating to prevent curdling.
- Mushroom Maximization 🍄Sauté mushrooms separately before adding to the slow cooker to concentrate their umami flavor and remove excess moisture.
- Wine Depth Enhancement 🍷Deglaze the pan with white wine before adding ingredients to the slow cooker, capturing all the flavorful browned bits.
- Chicken Moisture Preservation 🐔Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breast meat for a more tender and juicy final dish.
