  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 2  - white onions
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tablespoons - tomato paste
  • 2  - blended fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup - low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup - blended low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 2 cups - Fairlife protein milk
  • ½ cup - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 ounces - bowtie pasta
  •   - Fresh basil

  1. In a crockpot, add chicken breast, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, diced onions, minced garlic, tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. After 4 hours, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using forks or tongs.
  4. Stir in blended cottage cheese, butter, Fairlife milk, and Parmesan. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Let the mixture heat through for another 20–30 minutes.
