Creamy Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta (Crockpot)

In a crockpot, add chicken breast, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, diced onions, minced garlic, tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes, and chicken broth.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using forks or tongs.

Stir in blended cottage cheese, butter, Fairlife milk, and Parmesan. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

Let the mixture heat through for another 20–30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and stir into the creamy chicken mixture.

Add chopped fresh basil and adjust seasoning as needed.
